My journey began not in the boardroom, but in the cockpit. As a pilot-in-training, I underwent rigorous psychological evaluations—including successfully passing the prestigious Lufthansa DLR assessment not once, but twice. Although I ultimately didn’t pursue a career in flying, those intense years shaped the foundation of what I now teach: precision, presence, and psychological resilience.
In aviation, you’re taught always to be presentable—you never know who you’ll meet or what’s at stake! That mindset has stayed with me as I shifted my focus to the world of sales. Like flying, sales demands confidence under pressure, strategic thinking, and an acute understanding of human behaviour. It’s about showing up—suited up—and executing with clarity.
A decade later, after deep-diving into behavioural science, practical psychology, and the nuances of real-world selling, I created YouSellSuccess™—a methodology, a mindset, and a movement. It fuses evidence-based insights with field-tested strategies to help professionals transform their approach to sales from the inside out.
